Blog post #2 Roodlene Desir

All the groups did an excellent job. The recent project presentations marked a significant milestone for our class, as each group presented its own perspectives and findings on the electoral process. It was inspiring to see the diverse approaches each group took in analyzing the subject, making the presentations both educational and exciting.

Group 1 includes Christian Germain, Frederico Devers, Angie Gonzalez, Emmanuela Nestan Delva, Fabiana Gonzalez, Fabienne Benjamin, and Allan Lira Salazar.  This group did a good job when they presented “Gender Inequality.” They got better in the beginning. They demonstrated their hard work and the effort they put into this project. However, in the end, the presentation felt more like a collection of individuals.

The second group comprises Isabel Maestre, Glensys Martinez, Jazmin Sierra, Giselle Schneider, Juan Carlos Hernandez, Jade Marquez, and Isabella Clavelo. They were very organized and transparent, making accessible the understanding of their topic to everyone. They did not present any issues, and I can say that their videos were super good.

Moving up to group 3, which includes Jasmine Peraldo, Julia Bojorquez, Jonathan Ruiz, Juan Paul Figueroa, Kristine Gomez, and Julianne Rodriguez, they presented well-formed and detailed slides that comprised the talking points of their research. The structure and organization of the videos showed the quality of their work.

The last one is Group 4, comprising me, Sophia Desir, Nikole Ulloa, Rodachka Bellegarde, and Melanie Calderon, who were the first group to present. I thought our group did great. I was so nervous, but the other members did great. Thanks to Sophia for helping us and teaching us how to use Canva. She kept in contact all the time.

To conclude, the projects were very exciting. Each group brought something unique and contributed to a learning experience for everyone. The topic of each group covered important information to the community. I feel that it also encouraged everyone to go out and vote.
